SO-CAL PONDS IS LOOKING FOR A NEW MEMBER TO ADD TO OUR TEAM OF HARD-WORKING AND FORWARD THINKING INDIVIDUALS.
We are in search of hardworking, willing-to-learn, knowledgeable employees. We are looking to fill 12-30 hours a week with the possibility of full-time daily work. Applicant must be available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday. If you are looking for construction employment this might be your last stop.
We are a Licensed Landscape Company specializing in koi pond construction. We are growing and need to fill positions for our construction team.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to get to and from our office daily.
Fluent English Is Required: Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
Valid California Driver’s License and a Clean DMV Record ARE Required.
You must be able to lift heavy objects (minimum 75 lbs.) and work outdoors, in all seasons, all conditions, and stand on your feet most of the day.
Reliable, On-Time, Friendly, Honest, and Hard-Working.
Ability to Work Independently, Unsupervised, and Troubleshoot issues.
Prior experience in, or knowledge of the landscape, plant identification, plumbing/irrigation, low voltage electrical, construction, fish, ponds, streams, and masonry is required.
Must enjoy the outdoors and have an appreciation and respect for nature.
Hourly salary, based upon experience. Paid training period and all tools and equipment necessary to perform work will be provided.
Disclaimer: This is a physical, dirty job. You will be tired at the end of the day, you might acquire a few scrapes during the day and you WILL sweat.
